High Neck Fever

I can’t seem to fathom the fact that fall/autumn is right around the corner. Recalling how much I was looking forward to enjoying the summer days almost 8 months ago, it is somewhat disappointing to know that summer is slowly starting to dissipate. It feels like summer started just a few weeks ago and now fall is about to spring up…super weird, right? I even feel more anxious when I think about how quickly time has gone by in 2018. On a positive note,  it’s not all panic for me. The good thing about reflecting on how fast this year is going is that it makes me appreciate my time and dread the thought of wasting it. Moving forward, I’m going to try to envisage time like I do gold…precious.

In as much as I’m starting to have mixed feelings about time moving with rapid speed and the weather becoming gloomier, I honestly can’t wait to indulge some of my favorite fall fashion cravings. I’m already beginning to get excited to layer with fall essentials (including longline jackets/coats, sweaters, cardigans, turtleneck blouses/dresses and boots) as we slowly approach colder temperatures. But pending the time it gets cold enough to layer, I intend to dress up in transition pieces. My ideal transition to fall wears are lightweight turtlenecks or high neck customized clothes. I love high neck items of clothing because they look chic and classic by themselves or layered with jackets/coats.

I’ve included links (highlighted) to available outfit items below the first picture.
