Mirror Mirror – Feeling the Blues

With all the rave about bright summer colors, I wanted to change things up by playing it cool with blue.

Blues are one of my favorite classic style hues for work.  Blue outfits generally captivate me with their crisp, clean and charming appeal. For instance, navy blue suits give off a simply striking elegance for professional gals. In the spirit of looking dapper, I put together a blue inspired outfit with old pieces in my closet this week. And since I don’t own a navy blue suit, I made do with a pearl embellished navy blue pants and well-made longline jacket. To brighten up the outfit, I went for a color block look by combining light blue with navy blue.
