Yummy Perfume Substitutes…HEMPZ Treats Delicious Body Lotions

Some of my friends are very sensitive to fragrances like eau de perfume and they often complain of having limited fragrance options. Although I love the strong scent of perfumes, I try to mix it up by using light fragrance body sprays. I recently decided to broaden my fragrance options when I came across these irresistible body lotions by Hempz treats.

I was on a mission to buy toiletries at a TJ Maxx when I glanced at the lotion table and found a Strawberry Cheesecake lotion. I was a bit reluctant to try it because of my not so favorable experiences with bath & body works scented lotions. But I finally gave in and tried this lotion…I couldn’t resist but take it home. I love this product so much that I went back 3 weeks later to get it in Sugar Lemon Squares.

So for my review of this product, I give it a 4.8 points out of 5. The scent is reflective of the flavor i.e. strawberry cheesecake REALLY smells like strawberry cheesecake. This lotion makes you smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. It contains hemp seed oil, shea butter, aloe vera juice, sweet almond oil, sunflower seed oil and other natural extracts that deeply moisturizes and rejuvenates the skin. I think the consistency is slightly on the runny side and I mixed it up with my favorite oil, olive oil, to thicken. The only issue I have with this product is that the scent lasts for just 4-5 hours.

These lovely scented lotions from Hempz treats come in sugar lemon squares, vanilla creme brûlée, peaches & cream, pumpkin spice e.t.c. You can purchase them online from Amazon. But they cost significantly less at TJ Maxx…$9.99 for the big size (550ml).

Try smelling yummy without perfumes…
